Shipping Area
At this time, Workman Numismatics ships to addresses within the United States.
Orders must include a valid shipping address. Customers are responsible for making sure their shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting payment.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped as quickly as possible after payment is received. Most orders are expected to ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Processing may be delayed during weekends, holidays, travel, severe weather, or other circumstances outside normal business operations.
Shipping Carrier
Most orders are expected to ship through USPS, unless another carrier is selected or required.
Workman Numismatics may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier when appropriate based on the order value, destination, insurance needs, or shipping availability.

When tracking information is available, it will be added to the order record. Customers may view shipping status and tracking information through their customer account on WorkmanNumismatics.com.
Packaging
Certified coins and numismatic items are packaged carefully to help protect them during shipment. Items are typically shipped in protective packaging appropriate for the item and order value.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
If a package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact Workman Numismatics so the issue can be reviewed. Depending on the situation, the carrier may need to complete an investigation or claim process.
Please keep all packaging materials if an item arrives damaged.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is not currently offered through automatic website checkout unless arranged separately in advance.
